Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunities available in the Tampa Bay area with Butterfly Effects ABA Therapy. We are a BCBA-led organization focused on empowering you with support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D (President) and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA (Vice President of Clinical Services).

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff (RBTs and BTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans.
- Lead monthly family and caregiver training sessions to empower ongoing ABA strategies.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.Compensation & Benefits
