RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project timelines and schedules for video shoots, keeping creative team members and collaborators aligned and on track.
• Coordinate brainstorm sessions for upcoming projects, bringing ideas to life and helping the team get clarity on concept and execution.
• Oversee budgets for assigned projects, making wise decisions that prioritize excellence and stewardship.
• Handle production logistics, including location scouting, gathering props, booking talent, and coordinating craft services.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and ready for review—fully executed with attention to detail and creative excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other creative teams, building unity and support across departments as you produce video content that brings the vision to life.
