RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule and lead ideation, planning, and prep meetings for video projects across NextGen.

Build and manage shoot timelines, calendars, and task tracking for creative and production team members.

Maintain alignment on goals, deadlines, and expectations across teams and departments.

Secure locations, gather props, book talent, organize craft services, and finalize all shoot logistics.

Production & Execution

Oversee on-site execution of assigned shoots — ensuring the production stays on track, team roles are clear, and the experience is smooth for all involved.

Serve as the point-of-contact for all production needs during filming days.

Coordinate any necessary releases, documentation, and safety requirements.

Budget & Stewardship

Manage and track project budgets, making purchasing decisions in alignment with ministry stewardship goals.

Reconcile expenses, submit invoices, and credit card reports on time.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising creative excellence.

Work cross-functionally with content writers, editors, video crew, and ministry stakeholders.

Anticipate project bottlenecks and proactively solve communication or coordination gaps.

Cultivate a relational, clear, and solutions-minded presence across all phases of production.

DAY-TO-DAY

We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment . Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8 : 30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.

There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.

Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun !
