The Digital Marketing Specialist drives Mission Rock Residential’s (MRR) success by turning data into actionable insights that shape marketing strategies, optimize performance, and elevate the customer experience. The day-to-day : On a day day basis, the Digital Marketing Specialist will perform duties pertaining to the following :
Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to improve processes, identify trends, and highlight performance opportunitiesReview, measure, and analyze customer engagement through MRR’s technology platformsLeverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvementGenerate, analyze, and distribute recurring reports to ensure stakeholders are informed to support data-driven decisionsRequirements : What you bring :
Advanced project management and organizational skillsMinimum 3 years in a data analytics / marketing analytics (5 – 7 years preferred)Minimum 5 years in the multifamily industryExperience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadershipAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management, staff, business representatives, clients, vendors, residents, and the public.Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required.Application deadline 10 / 18 / 25, if a candidate is not selected by that date later applicants may be considered.
