Job Description
3rd Shift Paint Production Manager – Caterpillar Inc. in Sanford, NC. Oversee and coordinate the activities of a production line, prepare schedules, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
What You Can Look Forward To In This Role
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of production line workers, assigning tasks, ensuring coordination between teams, ensuring safety and monitoring performance.
- Train new hires, manage scheduling and work conflicts, monitor safety, and promote internal communication.
- Partner cross-functionally with other departments to prepare, maintain and update documentation related to operating procedures, safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other Production Managers on continuous improvement projects for the facility.

Compensation
Base salary : $87,480.00 – $131,280.00. Compensation may vary based on factors such as market location, job level and experience.
