Join Our Team as a Retail Music Store Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead our music store operations. As the Retail Music Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring top-notch customer service, and overseeing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals through coaching and support.
• Monitor financial data, inventory levels, and other key performance metrics.
• Ensure all products are well-stocked, displayed effectively, and available for customers.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and management of store staff.
• Execute daily operational tasks related to sales and rental services.
• Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and support our teaching staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to store success.

Pay Rate : $21.00 - $23.00 / hr plus bonus based on location, experience, and background.
