About the Role :

A day in the life : Our Staff Accountant will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic and fast-paced accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a foundational understanding of accounting principles, with a desire to grow and advance within the organization. This position is responsible for processing daily financial transactions while assisting with general ledger maintenance and supporting the month-end close process. The Staff Accountant will also prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, and reports to support effective financial decision-making. This job is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual looking to deepen their accounting expertise in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

On a given day, as a Staff Accountant, you will :

• Process daily accounting transactions (A / P, A / R, payroll, fixed assets).
• Assist with the general ledger maintenance.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and analyses.
• Adhere to the company's safety policies.
• Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned.

Schedule & Travel :

This staff accountant is a full-time Monday through Friday position with day shift hours.
