Buying Operations Intern

Nuuly is looking for a Buying Operations Intern to join us for the Summer. As a Buying Ops Intern, you will support the Buying Operations Coordinators and Merchandise Assistants in the daily operational functions of all apparel categories at Nuuly Rent. The Buying Operations Coordinator will be responsible for tracking purchase orders and managing our out of tolerance process. In this role you will develop cross-functional relationships with buyers, internal partners, and market vendors. Exceptional organization and communication skills, attention to detail, with the ability to filter and prioritize feedback and requests are keys to success in this role.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6 / 1 through 8 / 7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Role Responsibilities

Product Responsibilities : Issuing Purchase Orders and Tracking

• Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through consistent communication, tracking and follow-up with the vendors, production, DC and buying team
• Alert buyers to any costing or timing ramifications coming from purchase order changes
• Manage end of week PO pushouts and close POs with straggling units
