Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities & Expectations :

Support service operations with dispatching, billing, invoicing, data entry, incoming service calls, and tracking parts.

• Parts : assist with evaluating all parts required on service orders, track and reconcile parts orders
• Warehouse : loading and unloading parts.
• Service calls : take incoming service calls from customers, then process, record, and coordinate service call appointments with technicians and customers, and follow up on customers' inquiries.
• Service Orders : Track, review, invoice, and bill service orders as needed.
• Data entry : enter write-ups and time sheets from technicians, and document all correspondence in CRM.
