This is where you come in! We are looking to hire a full-time Payment Management Chargeback Specialist, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for determining the validity of customer orders while providing a positive experience through compassion and problem-solving. This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. Available full-time shift : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm. Pay rate : $16.50 / hour. Next available start date : Monday, October 27. Training : You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8 : 00am-12 : 30pm or 4 : 00pm-8 : 30pm Monday-Friday.
