Summary
As a Lead Teacher in a child care center, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Your role includes planning and implementing curriculum, fostering social and cognitive development, and ensuring a nurturing atmosphere. You will lead classroom activities, assess children's progress, and collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's individual needs. Additionally, you will supervise assistant teachers, maintain a positive and organized classroom, and uphold licensing and safety regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and a passion for early childhood education are key to success in this role.
