Financial Analyst, Capital Markets
Position Summary : The Capital Markets Financial Analyst ("CMFA") is an embedded role that will support transactions generated by Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Team specializing in Office, Industrial and Land. The primary role of the CMFA will be to perform financial analysis activities of pricing, Argus & Excel valuation model creation and auditing, lease abstractions, due diligence collection and review, market data collection, and translating analysis findings into high-level summaries with oversight from senior members of the team. The role reports into the Financial Analysis Hub, an Advisory shared services platform supporting Capital Markets brokerage within the Americas region. The Financial Analysis Hub specializes in valuation modeling and advanced commercial real estate analytics, providing best-in-class financial analysis support across various product types for the benefit of our clients and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be based in Irvine / Orange County, California and will be available to work on-site in a local Cushman & Wakefield office. Team members may be expected to travel and work outside normal operating hours depending on the product type and markets they service and to meet project deadlines.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is : $ 68,640.00 - $75,000.00
