Overview

Associate attorney position at NJ Immigration Law firm : Leschak & Associates, LLC, based in Freehold, NJ, is looking for a full-time associate attorney to handle legal work, including court appearances, brief writing, motion drafting, client interviews and preparation, and USCIS appointments (including asylum interviews). Immigration law background is strongly preferred. Must be able to commute to Freehold, NJ office.

Responsibilities

  • Court appearances

Qualifications

  • License to practice law in the state of NJ
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Speaking English / Spanish preferred but not required

  • Immigration law : 1 year (Preferred)

    • Language

  • Spanish (Preferred)

    • License / Certification

  • NJ licensed attorney (Required)

    • Relocation

  • Freehold, NJ 07728 : Relocate before starting work (Required)

    Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay : $80,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
