Lighthouse is a nationwide investment company, which specializes in owning and managing a diverse portfolio of apartment communities across the nation.

What you’ll be doing : The Assistant Property Manager ( / LCAPM) first and foremost will focusing on leasing this new property. In addition this person supports the property manager in efficiently overseeing the assigned community. In the absence of the property manager, the APM takes on all responsibilities to achieve community including accurate reporting of rents, deposits and maintains regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The APM must be capable of performing essential job functions, including resident relations, marketing, and administrative work.
