Hoffer Plastics is hiring for " Process Specialist ".

This position works under the direction of the Senior Process Specialist to develop a robust manufacturing process for new and transfer tooling and to facilitate the transition of the process from Engineering to Manufacturing. The goal of this activity is to maximize efficiency, improve quality and provide a clear manufacturing template for future reference. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a neat and orderly work area in accordance with 5S standards, and adhering to safety polices. Coordination of training Plant Personnel on Scientific Molding Principles is a key responsibility for this position.

Starting Pay $32.00 - $45.00 (based on experience)

Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot process, machine, and auxiliary equipment problems and make necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime.

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
