Urgently Hiring We are looking for a psychologist or Mental Health Counselor / Therapist to join our practice in Glen Burnie and greater Maryland area. This incoming Psychologist / Therapist will be providing high quality patient care, individualized psychotherapy. Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD, have a m inimum 1-year experience as individually licensed practitioner. This is a part time position to start and must be willing to come into any one of our offices 1-2 days per week for in office clinic hours and we also allow 1 day per week in telehealth / remote care. Job Duties :

• Therapeutic Services :  Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy
• Assessment :  Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Treatment Planning : Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances.
• Progress Monitoring :  Meet regularly with the Care Team to discuss patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goals.

Requirements :

Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field

Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD) in the state of Maryland (and preferably Virginia and DE as well)

Minimum 1 year experience as individually licensed practitioner

Bilingual candidates preferred

Ability to analyze and interpret information to plan appropriate interventions

Must be willing to provide 1-2 days per week of in office patient hours

Compensation :

$60+ / hour
