We are seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Development Engineer to join a fast-paced, innovative engineering environment. In this role, you will connect design and production phases, contributing directly to the development and validation of advanced products. You will lead technical testing, create and execute validation plans, and troubleshoot complex system issues while collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team. Accountabilities

• Create, manage, and execute comprehensive product validation plans, including FMEA, field testing, and compliance certification.
• Develop project plans and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Define new product system requirements and provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and diagnosing design issues.
• Innovate test procedures and automate long-term testing to accelerate timelines.
• Develop models to simulate system behavior prior to physical testing.
• Design, build, and specify test apparatus and infrastructure.
• Document and communicate test results, observations, and conclusions effectively.
• Generate 2D system schematics for development specifications and engineering drawings.
• Mentor other Systems Engineers and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to drive product innovation.
