Opportunity

Operator Mandate : We are looking for an experienced Operator. This is a unique “Owner / Operator” opportunity with a Salary + Equity stake.

Goal : Institutionalise founder-driven operations, safeguard contract renewals, and grow revenue to $25MM+ from $15MM+ within three years.

Scope : Full P&L, strategic plan, contract management, supplier negotiations, tech / ERP upgrade, business development on customer and supplier side.

Ideal Profile / Qualifications

• 5 years with operational leadership role in distribution (B2G preferred but not necessary)
• Excellent business development skills
• Proven P&L responsibility
• Hands-on operator comfortable with ERP roll-outs
• Self-starter, mission-oriented, and driven
