RM Logistics Group Inc, a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground, is now hiring drivers for our Alternative Vehicle Program. This is a great job for Delivery Drivers who want to use their own vehicle and want flexibility. Full-Time positions available M-F starting by 8am. This job will primarily consist of delivering "smaller" packages to residential addresses in the local Schenectady area. Opportunity to pick up more days. Applicants will need to meet the following criteria : Be at least 21 years of age - Have a personal smart phone to use a GPS technology for delivery. The following vehicle requirements must also be met : - Passenger type vehicle (car, van, truck) Vehicle model year must be no older than 15 years - Vehicle must be in good condition - Vehicle must be registered to the driver and have proof of insurance. We are expanding for our Peak Holiday Season with opportunity to continue on after the holiday season. We would love to have you be a part of our team!

New York State reimburses employees for business use of a personal vehicle based on the standard mileage allowance established by the IRS and GSA. The standard mileage rate is $0.700 per mile effective 1 / 01 / 2025.

This position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a pre-employment drug screening, as it is a safety-sensitive role subject to federal & state regulations.
