A Junior Data Strategist is someone who is curious, passionate about social media, fascinated by evolving consumer media consumption patterns, creative, analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
They are interested in building our clients’ businesses by using a data-based mindset to understand industry and brand trends to develop smart and actionable strategies.
With every recommendation based on carefully derived insights, this person strikes a perfect balance between left and right brain; they are as good with data as they are with the written word; and they work well independently but are great collaborators who can clearly articulate the insights of their research and the rationales behind their strategic recommendations ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- STRATEGY Contribute to the development of social strategy playbooks / annual plans to achieve client business goals.
- Do deep dives into brand performance, competitor activity, and industry trends to create insightful QBRs and other regular reports.
- Contribute to the strategic approach for influencer campaigns.
- DATA Turn data into compelling narratives and crafting insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for paid social, organic social, and influencer activities Contribute to the structure of the data storage, defining tables, relationships, and data types based on business needs.
- Contribute to processes to extract data from sources, transform it for analysis, and load it into the sheet, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Develop and monitor KPIs; assist paid social advertising and organic strategies to identify trends.
- CLIENT SERVICE Interface with clients on a regular basis, which includes participating in calls, joining interagency meetings, and presenting reports as needed.
