We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Aviation civil engineering team in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago / Aurora, IL. The selected candidate will have demonstrated leadership qualities, the ability to work as a team member or independently, the capacity to learn new skills and areas of expertise, and the desire to assist in establishing and growing our aviation business within a new market. Duties & Responsibilities :

• Planning, design, and construction of civil & transportation projects
• Perform and lead design tasks or projects including supervising and directing of junior staff
• Typical projects require the preparation of bidding documents (plans & specifications) including horizontal and vertical layout, site development, grading, drainage, pavement design, marking, signage, erosion control, coordination with other disciplines, water & sanitary utilities, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction scheduling
• Support the client manager in providing service to and developing relationships with existing aviation clients
• Perform project management and coordination of multi-disciplined tasks necessary to implement projects for clients in our aviation group
• Perform, assist, or oversee construction-related tasks including on-site construction observation and project engineering
• Assist in business development activities including prospective client outreach, submittal preparation, and community engagement
