Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair : Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on industrial HVAC and pressurization systems.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose and fix issues with complex HVAC equipment and control systems.

Installation : Install, move, and modify HVAC equipment according to job specifications.

Required Qualifications

Experience :

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial HVAC equipment.

Certifications : Must possess a Universal EPA Certification .

Skills :

Strong technical skills in maintenance, repair, and field service.

Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is a strong plus.

Safety : Ability to adhere to strict safety protocols and pass multiple drug tests.
