You'll work full-time , typically during regular business hours . While this role follows a steady weekday schedule, flexibility will be essential as you'll oversee multiple residential programs and their operations.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

As the Director of Children's Residential Services, you will begin your morning meeting with your team, ensuring that everyone has the support and resources needed to provide the highest level of care. Throughout the day, you'll guide and mentor the Director of Children's Residential Operations, offering strategic oversight and addressing any challenges they may face. You'll review compliance standards, ensure all residential programs meet regulations, and visit the various residential sites to assess effectiveness. During these visits, you'll look for areas of improvement and collaborate with staff to implement new strategies. In addition, you will be working with internal departments and external partners, ensuring that every resident receives comprehensive care. Your day will also include budget management, addressing staffing needs, and overseeing the continuous training and development of your team.
