The Role

Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours / week) during the 10-week program

Program Dates : May 29 - August 7, 2026.

Location : This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US.

• Preference for Mountain / Pacific time

Work Authorization : US work authorization required for this role. Individuals requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible.

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

The Main Responsibilities

Lumen's Enterprise Sales and Public Sector organization is looking for a Strategic Sales intern for our Large Enterprise team. This team's focus is centered on solution-based selling - conducting research to understand the potential customer, their industry, and market base / demographics - and then coupling that insight with knowledge of Lumen's services and solutions. The intern will have the opportunity to work with large clients, gain technical sales experience, and develop sales techniques through exposure and mentorship. Interns can expect to assist with hands-on team projects and individual contributions.

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience / qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range :

Min : $26 / hour

Max : $38 / hour
