Founded in 2012, we’ve built a strong reputation for pragmatic, trial-ready defense work and long-standing client relationships. Our attorneys handle complex  civil litigation  across  transportation ,  premises liability ,  construction defect , and  general liability defense .

The Roles :

FHMS is expanding its Philadelphia office and hiring :

• Mid-level Associates (3–5 years)
• Lateral Partner  (focus on premises liability, transportation, and construction defect)

We’re looking for attorneys who can confidently manage cases, take depositions, and participate in courtroom proceedings, as well as leaders who can drive trial strategy and client development.
