Role :

The Manufacturing professional will support the production and assembly of drone systems, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency in all manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams. The Manufacturing team member will play a key role in bringing innovative drone products from prototype to production.

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble, test, and inspect drone systems and components according to specifications.

Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows.

Collaborate with engineering teams to address design or production challenges.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials, and quality checks.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and product quality.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Assist with inventory management, procurement of materials, and equipment maintenance.

Support prototyping and pilot production runs as needed.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing, machining, or electronics is a plus.

Experience with assembly, manufacturing, or production processes, ideally in aerospace, electronics, or robotics.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment.

Understanding of quality control processes and safety protocols.

Willingness to learn new manufacturing techniques and adapt to evolving production needs.
