Responsibilities
- Identifies and eliminates and / or mitigates risks, with regards to product, and process quality internal and external. This includes ensuring proper processes and procedures are documented, implemented, and executed
- Leads and participates in formal problem-solving, including formal reporting for internal and external customers
- Serves as a liaison between supply chain, operations, sales and design engineering when quality problems exist that affect product quality
- Supports the cross Global cross functional teams with projects and initiative's
- Interface with sales to support customers as needed to eliminate and investigate nonconformances
- Conduct data analysis and develop reports to support production operations
- Develop and maintain KPI metrics to monitor performance weekly / monthly, reporting variants to the respective departments and ensure metrics are achieved
- Based on the KPI matrix, identify and support areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery and production issues
- Prepare reports and activity updates for management to keep them apprised of cost savings measures and ongoing projects

Qualifications
Work experience : 3-5 years in manufacturing with good business acumenEducation : Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a strong related fieldOther : Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, or related experience; knowledge of manufacturing processes, production workflows, inventory management, and supply chain dynamicsContinuous improvement methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, KaizenAnalytical Skills : Proficiency in working with numbers, reports, and sales analyticsOperational Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas), Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power BiPersonal Attributes : Structured, with strong organizational skills, accountable, proactive, highly communicative, and a strong team playerSolid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysisBenefits
