Responsibilities

• Cost Estimating : Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects.
• Documentation : Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate bids.
• Project Management : Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to gather pricing and scope information.
• Team Leadership : Support senior estimators and project managers during preconstruction and bidding phases.
• Quality Control : Maintain organized bid documentation and follow up on submitted proposals.
• Client-Facing : Participate in internal bid reviews and client presentations as needed.
