Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing a BDR or top-of-funnel sales team in a fast-growing SaaS or technology organization
Proven success in managing multiple business development motions, including inbound and outbound outreach
Demonstrated ability in designing scalable engagement models and leveraging automation
History of fostering accountability and continuous improvement in a team environment
Documented success in quota attainment and developing BDRs for promotion
