Senior Mortgage Loan Processor

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state lending guidelines, ensuring all loan files and documentation comply with these regulations. Submit completed loan files to the underwriting department and work with underwriters to clear any conditions or outstanding items. Tackle complex loan scenarios, requiring strong problem-solving skills to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Experience : Requires several years of experience as a loan processor with a first mortgage lending company. Knowledge : In-depth understanding of residential loan types (e.g., conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo) and strong knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Computer Proficiency : Skilled in using loan origination systems and other relevant software.## Minimum Requirements : Education : High School diploma or GED required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential mortgage processing.
