What You Will Be Doing :

Take ownership of federal class actions and consumer arbitrations from inception through resolution.

Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations independently.

Draft and argue complaints, briefs, and motions in federal court.

Actively litigate data privacy and consumer protection disputes.

Manage your own docket of cases while contributing to larger litigation teams.

Experience You Will Need

California Bar license (required) unusual given the Miami headquarters; may relate to active dockets in California federal courts.

5+ years litigation experience, with a focus on federal court practice.

Prior class action litigation experience (preferred).

Background in data privacy and cybersecurity litigation (preferred).

Experience in FINRA, AAA, or JAMS arbitrations (preferred).

Exceptional legal writing skills.

Bonus : Big Law, federal clerkship, or government litigation experience (SEC, FTC, U.S. Attorney, State AG).
