Floor Manager

The Role :

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for running service three nights a week and serving two nights a week .

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both leadership and guest interaction — someone who can lead by example, motivate a team, and provide exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities include :

Managing reservations and the flow of service

Oversee staff scheduling, hiring, and training

Handling guest issues with professionalism and warmth

Responsible  for inventory tracking, ordering and organization

Jumping in as needed — greeting / seating guests, running food, bussing tables, and serving wine

Working as a server two nights per week

Requirements :

2–3 years of Manhattan front-of-house experience as both a manager and a server

Strong communication, leadership, and hospitality skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude and attention to detail

• Food Handler certificate required (or obtain within one month)
• Passion for food and wine

Details :

Schedule : Wednesday–Sunday

Compensation : $35 / hour
