Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Non-IT positions
Build partnerships with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align on hiring strategies
Design and execute sourcing strategies and track recruitment metrics for process improvement
Required Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Non-IT roles
Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
Hands-on experience optimizing recruitment processes
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
B2 or higher English level for effective communication
