A company is looking for a Recruiting Systems and Tools Specialist II to manage and optimize recruiting systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support recruiting systems and vendors / tools, including troubleshooting and training
Act as a liaison between recruiting teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Provide technical expertise in ATS and related tools, ensuring data accuracy and reporting
Required Qualifications
4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, tooling, or data analytics
Strong technical expertise in ATS platforms and related recruiting tools
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Knowledge of system implementation and data accuracy best practices
Experience with recruiting analytics and key performance indicators
