A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to registered dietitians and mental health therapists for partnership opportunities

Serve as the primary contact for prospective practices and educate them on service offerings

Coordinate documentation collection and maintain accurate records of partnership progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field

2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, preferably in healthcare

Understanding of medical billing, insurance credentialing, or healthcare revenue cycle management

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Self-motivated with strong relationship-building abilities
