Azure Cloud Engineer (Stamford)

Insight Global is looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer to support a large reinsurance company is Stamford, CT. They will be joining the Infrastructure IT team. This azure cloud engineer will be helping out in their migration from on prem to azure. They will be also completing L3 tickets that get escalated from the L2 team. The ideal candidate has worked in Azure, touched a migration from on prem to azure. This candidate will be molded into the team in assisting day to day activities that can be passed down from the Sr. Cloud Engineer. Their main focus will be to help manage and deliver cloud based applications and services and the infrastructure that supports them.

Pay Rate : $70-$90 / hr

Terraform coding

5-7 years of experience working in software engineering / azure

Azure DevOps experience

Experience working with Azure VMs

Experience touching on prem to azure migrations

Scripting knowledge in PowerShell

Bicep code writing

Strong work ethic, experience being productive in a remote environment
