Legal Secretary
Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is looking for qualified candidates with a minimum of 2 years of recent litigation secretarial experience to fill the position of legal secretary in its Newport Beach office. This is not a position for paralegal. A qualified candidate must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as a team player in a professional environment.

Requirements
Preparation of legal documents.Knowledge of California court filing / e-filing procedures.Scheduling and calendaring deadlines, meetings, and appointments.Excellent communication skills for correspondence with clients and attorneys.Experience with word processing systems such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.Assistance with miscellaneous administrative duties.Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, or Personal Injury experience required.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to kabremer@bremerwhyte.com.
