Job Summary
As the Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of mechanical and electrical systems, along with general maintenance and preventive maintenance programs. Provides world class customer service and management of building management. Responsible for timely completion and financial outcome of maintenance projects in a team environment that includes the owner, general contractors, sub-contractors, owner's departmental personnel, project inspectors and other team members. Ensures owner satisfaction and overall success of assigned projects. Has responsibility for the planning, scheduling, and oversight of work requests, building repairs, preventative maintenance for TAMU buildings. We are looking for a candidate who exemplifies a high level of energy and enthusiasm in the daily performance of work and has a proven record of engaging a diverse and multi-disciplined client base and staff. We expect this person to develop high-performance work teams as well.
