Description
The Director Sales at Liberty Packaging is accountable for leading highly matrixed teams to build and deliver a regional Go-to-Market strategy for out Texas market. This role is responsible for effectively collaborating with regional leaders, account managers, and support functions to develop sales strategies and maximize strategic account opportunities, adding value for both customers and the business. This position plays a key role in both the development of the regional sales team capabilities, and the development of new processes, tools, technologies, and solutions for the business to unleash the full potential of the team and the region.
This position reports directly to our Vice President Sales, Packaging, and is located at our manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The starting base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 per year plus eligibility in annual bonus program. This position is also eligible for the company vehicle program. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and / or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses or deferred compensation options.
