What You’ll Do :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support our growing accounting team. The position is in office and not remote. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial records, supporting project accounting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Verify employee credit cards and expense reimbursements have been approved by supervisors with required documentation
• Assist in vendor ACH payment process, verifying accuracy and uploading for approval
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting as needed
