We're looking for a sharp, proactive Senior Staff Accountant to join our team in Oklahoma City. You'll work closely with our finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth monthly closes, and smart decision-making backed by solid numbers.

What You'll Do :

• Own portions of the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Analyze account activity and support financial reporting across multiple business entities
• Partner with our operations and HR teams to track payroll, benefits, and expenses accurately
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare reports for leadership and external partners
• Support audits, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements
