Job Description

What the Manager, Credit Solutions does at Visa :

Reporting to the Senior Director, Credit Product Management (Global), you will play a key role in supporting the global credit product strategy and execution at Visa. This manager-level role will focus on driving operational excellence, developing and sharing best practices, supporting product innovation, and contributing to Visa's thought leadership in consumer credit. You will work closely with regional product teams, client-facing teams, and cross-functional partners to help deliver end-to-end consumer experiences that strengthen Visa's position as a preferred partner for issuers and consumers.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of Visa's most important global product portfolios, directly impacting consumer engagement, issuer relationships, and Visa's growth strategy. You will be joining a dynamic, collaborative team at the forefront of digital payments innovation.

Essential Functions

Support the definition, modernization, and administration of Credit Product Rules, including managing waiver requests and ensuring rules remain fit-for-purpose. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational processes run smoothly.

Best Practices Development

Assist in identifying, documenting, and disseminating best practices to improve credit product performance (activation, usage, and engagement). Conduct analyses with Visa Consulting & Analytics to generate actionable recommendations.

Product Innovation

Contribute to the design and execution of initiatives under Visa's 2030 strategy to expand credit offerings both within and beyond traditional card issuance. Support pilot programs and market rollouts.

Thought Leadership

Collaborate with regional and in-market teams to produce insights, trends, and market perspectives on the direction of consumer credit. Help prepare materials for industry engagements, client workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Client Services, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment and execution of credit product initiatives.

Business Management

Support business planning, management reporting, budget tracking, and compliance monitoring for credit product activities.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500 to 200,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
