About the role

REQ, an Agital Company, is seeking a strategic, resourceful, and self-starting Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join our growing Public Relations team in Washington, DC. In this role, you'll act as a critical bridge between our clients and internal teams, managing day-to-day operations while helping to shape and drive high-impact PR and integrated marketing strategies.

This is more than a tactical roleyou will be a key strategic partner to clients, offering thoughtful counsel, delivering outstanding work, and mentoring junior team members along the way. What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple PR client accounts, delivering proactive, strategic guidance and building trusted client relationships
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, including earned media, social, and content marketing efforts
• Translate complex client needs into actionable strategies, leveraging market insights and performance data
• Write and edit high-impact content including executive messaging, press materials, bylined articles, and award submissions
• Coordinate and lead media opportunitiessecuring placements, managing interviews, and helping clients refine messaging
• Collaborate across REQ teamsPR, Creative, Paid Media, Developmentto ensure seamless campaign execution
• Coach and mentor junior team members through feedback, training, and professional development
• Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upsells, and improved client value
