Manage the entire transaction process, from initial listing to final closing, ensuring efficient and timely completion. Generate leads to create new business opportunities. Become a market authority—understand the area and industry thoroughly, confidently addressing questions about available homes, comparable properties, and local amenities. Prior sales experience is advantageous. Maintain a technology-forward approach. Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrate self-direction and goal-oriented motivation. Display exceptional organizational and scheduling abilities. An active Real Estate License is required.
