Key Responsibilities
Lead global recruitment efforts for Operations teams, focusing on critical business needs
Collaborate with organizational leaders to understand business requirements and regional specifics
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pools
Required Qualifications
12+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in customer support and / or operations
Experience managing large-scale multilingual hiring campaigns
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong understanding of market trends and best practices in recruitment
Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
