This position focuses on conceptualizing and executing integrated strategies and tactics to support the marketing strategy needs of the Ear Professionals Network. Reporting to the Associate Director Marketing, Program Marketing Strategy.
The Marketing Manager, Network Strategy is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies across the Ear Professionals Network audiences that supports the growth, retention, and engagement of the network. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and engagement across the audiences, with a focus on the full member hearing care journey.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support provider acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives for the network.
- Design and execute marketing activities across various channels such as digital marketing, community management and events to drive network engagement and reach the various audiences across the network.
- Oversee and coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials to promote the Ear Professionals Network and its services.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure full understanding of Ear Professionals Network programs and audiences to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure activity and campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization to drive network success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product team, web team and provider network teams to align messaging and campaigns to support business objectives and growth outcomes.
- Create and maintain network personas, working cross-functionally to implement strategies and insights into go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate on messaging needs and guidance to support overall business needs, including coordinating web updates and enhancements with marketing, web team, product team, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing campaign strategy in the healthcare industry is preferred, with a proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications
