The day-to-day responsibilities include :

• Conduct thorough analysis of production costs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Reconcile organizational financial data with the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Provide support for fixed asset management and related functions.
• Examine and interpret production variances to understand their impact on cost structures.
• Prepare monthly reports on customer profitability and product line performance.
• Generate detailed profit center and cost center reports to track financial health.
• Collaborate on the development and review of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Compare budget forecasts to actual results and report on variances.
• Monitor overhead spending and recommend actions to optimize expenditures.
• Maintain and update accounting and costing views within the material master system.
