Key Responsibilities
Assess current front-end processes and create a transition roadmap
Standardize and centralize registration, scheduling, and real-time eligibility workflows
Train front-end teams to enhance patient experience and improve data accuracy
Required Qualifications
7+ years in revenue cycle management with expertise in front-end operations
Experience in ambulatory or dental practice environments is preferred
Hands-on knowledge of real-time eligibility, scheduling, registration, and insurance verification
Strong leadership and change management skills
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a similar field is required
