Middleware Software Engineer (IBM)

About the Role : We're seeking an experienced Middleware Software Engineer specializing in IBM MQ and IBM Integration Bus to join our Minneapolis team for a 6-month project. You'll be working on critical enterprise messaging and integration solutions that support our business operations.

What You'll Do :

• Design, configure, and maintain IBM WebSphere MQ messaging systems
• Develop and implement solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
• Create and optimize message flows and integration patterns
• Monitor queue performance and troubleshoot messaging issues
• Collaborate with application teams on messaging architecture and implementation
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for messaging infrastructure
• Implement security policies and access controls for messaging systems
• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer
