Receptionist $21 / HR - IMMEDIATE HIRE, START NEXT WEEK

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply inventory

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
